Amanda Reichert, CDRE™, is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™ specializing in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of residential real property in family law matters. She works with attorneys, mediators, collaborative professionals, and divorcing homeowners to address real estate issues arising during dissolution proceedings.

Ms. Reichert is a licensed Florida REALTOR® serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Previously licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, she has successfully sold hundreds of homes throughout her real estate career, including a substantial number of transactions involving divorcing homeowners.
